Easter 2012
it was a sunny one!!! so happy for a warm and sunshining Easter. couldn't get the kids to smile nicely together unfortunately but we had fun nonetheless. apart from the traditional egg hunt and good food with family, we really did take some time to reflect on the Savior and the Resurrection too.

lots of fun dying eggs this year... daddy was out of town so we dyed at gramma and papa's.
Jaydan's 4th birthday party!
so much fun at Kidz Bounce. lots of friends from preschool, pizza, cake and running amok. it was good times!

sick... spots
London got a viral rash. broke out after having the stomach flu. poor kid has been through the ringer.
backing up: beginning of December baby girl had croup. i was at work on a Friday night, leaving her with daddy and grandparents knowing she had a cold but figured she'd be good til i got home. not so much. she started breathing funny and coughing so we took her to urgent care at 9:30pm. she was diagnosed and given a steroid dose. next day she was back to labored breathing so we went to the doc who sent us back to urgent care where we got another steroids dose. Monday morning she woke super early with continued breathing trouble and we ended up at overlake er. scary weekend.
early January she was diagnosed with pneumonia. we brought her home with an albuterol inhaler and an antibiotic.
last week she ended up with the stomach flu - vomiting the other end. yikes was that a mess. and the flu has ended in the rash that is thankfully subsiding.
whew.
Snow 2012
London's first. Both kiddos enjoyed themselves a TON. Snow was a big hit... as was late great grandpa Brown's 1930's flexible flyer. So awesome.

we rang in 2012 at katie's - it was fun to have the kids celebrate with us. we actually rang in the east coast new year so that J and L could get to bed at a decent time.
